Our Production Capacity

Currently, SRPSPL operates a robust manufacturing setup comprising three units with a production capacity of 100 tonnes per day (TPD) each for Sponge Iron (DRI). This configuration results in an impressive annual production capacity of 90,000 tonnes, a clear testament to our commitment to meeting market demands.

Excellence in Steelmaking

As part of our dedication to delivering superior products, we have established a state-of-the-art Steel Melting Shop equipped with two 12-tonne induction furnaces. This facility enables us to manufacture 73,050 metric tonnes, crucial to various industries. The cutting-edge technology, coupled with a 2*6/11 meter radius capability, ensures precision and quality in every billet we produce.

Empowering the Future

At SRPSPL, we are acutely aware of our responsibility towards sustainability. As part of our green initiatives, we are expanding our power generation capacity. We plan to generate an additional 6 megawatts (MW) through Waste Heat Recovery (WHRB) and an additional 6 MW from an Atmospheric Fluidized bed combustion (AFBC) boiler. These environmentally-friendly additions will not only support our operations but also contribute to a greener future.

Explore Our Technology

Shri Ram Power and Steel is at the forefront of steel manufacturing, driven by cutting-edge technology. The coal-based Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) process is the foundation of our high-quality sponge iron production. The two-stage billet manufacturing process, powered by induction furnaces, ensures precision and quality in every step. Additionally, learn how our sustainable practices, including Waste Heat Recovery (WHRB) and Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC), contribute to a greener future while powering our operations.

Quality Steel Manufacturing

We take pride in our meticulous production process, which begins with a robust 19 MVA electricity supply from Damodar Valley Corporation. The coal-based Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) technology ensures top-notch sponge iron production. The creation of billets, a crucial component, involves a two-stage process, blending various materials in an induction furnace and subsequently forming billets with precision. We're committed to sustainability, using Waste Heat Recovery (WHRB) and Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) technologies to power our operations. Join us on this journey of quality steel manufacturing, where precision, sustainability, and innovation are our guiding principles.
